Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before dispatch. No cancellation after dispatch.

Refunds

 Applicable only for damaged/defective or incorrect products. Request must be raised within 48 hours with proof.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable

Change of mind, product mishandling, or late requests.

Shipping

Delivery within 3–4 days, depending on location and courier partner availability.
